Reviving a Well: Bamunanika

We had the joyous opportunity to restore our well in Bamunanika. As part of the four day porject, we replaced the tap stand, fixed plumbing, and beautified the water installation. Now the new mothers in the adjacent maternity ward will be assured of safe water, and the water stand is safer for the children of the community.

The villagers in the vicinity helped us work, some placing a few bricks, others helping us make the trenches. This is a well they’ll be proud of for years to come
